Brief Introduction:
The full name of PET board is Polyethylene terephthalate, which can be abbreviated as PET board or PET-P board, commonly known as polyester resin. It is a milky white or light yellow very crystalline polymer with a smooth and shiny surface layer. PET and PBT together as a thermoplastic polyester, become one of the five major engineering plastics.
Advantage:
• 1. PET has good creep resistance, fatigue resistance, conflict resistance, low abrasion and high strength, has the toughness of thermoplastics, good electrical insulation, and is less affected by environmental temperature
• 2.PET has good sliding properties and abrasion resistance, weather resistance, good chemical resistance stability, low water absorption, resistance to weak acids and organic solvents,
• 3.PET plastic has very good optical reaction function and weather resistance, and amorphous, PET plastic has good optical reaction and light transmittance.
Applied Range:
PET sheets are widely used in industries such as textiles, paper making, food machinery, transportation, docks, medical treatment, coal mines, and chemical industries. Making as bearings, guides, food processing machine heads, pistons, screw rolls and other food fixtures, parts, precision machine bearings, electrical insulating materials, etc.
